Amazonian Destruction is a menswear collection was first inspired by a children's novel set in the South American Amazon, this then developed into looking into the deforestation issue the Amazon is facing currently. Through this collection I wanted to show how much is being destroyed by the Deforestation such as the communities and cultures who live within the Amazon, as well as with the species of the Amazon along with the plants and trees themselves. I have also confront the issues why there is deforestation for example cattle ranches, and the growing timber demand, to make people aware of what is causing this destruction and what a valuable area of the world we are destroying which needs to stop.
